Service Description

Your first appointment lasts about 60 minutes. During this session we take time to explore your full health history and discuss the main concerns that have brought you in. This allows us to gain a clear understanding of your needs and priorities. At the end of the session , we'll discuss what support may be helpful going forward. Many people find a small number of follow-up sessions beneficial, though this is always guided by your individual needs. These are gentle and supportive and tailored to your child's needs. Time is taken to understand their health history and any concerns you may have in a calm and relaxed environment. Sessions are adapted to suit your child's age and comfort supporting their natural balance and wellbeing in a nurturing way. Please note an adult must be present with the child for the duration of the session.
