Service Description

Your first appointment lasts about 60 minutes. During this session we take time to explore your full health history and discuss the main concerns that have brought you in. This allows us to gain a clear understanding of your needs and priorities. At the end of the session , we'll discuss about what support may be helpful going forward. Many people find a small number of follow-up sessions beneficial, though this is always guided by your individual needs.These sessions provide gentle supportive kinesiology in a calm and relaxed space. We take time to understand what's been going on and focus on supporting balance, wellbeing and every day stresses.
